Love this store. The staff is amazing, always willing to help with information on products. Pricing is fair, great location, available parking and pet products that have been researched and found safe for our fur babies. One of the best animal supply stores in the area.

Absolutely great service! I was traveling with my two pets and shedding season creeped up on me! All a sudden I had a stinky car full of pet hair! I knew I needed the dogs nails clipped so I called Pet Haus for immediate help! The staff were friendly and professional. They did the nail clipping but they weren't sure if they could get my lab in for a bath. About a hour later they called me back and said they could see him. I jumped on the opportunity to get Benny in for a grooming and de-shedding.

Two hours later I picked him up. They did a great job on him! He looks great and smells so clean! They did a great job!

Awesome Pet supply place! Very friendly and helpful staff. Always dogs around, and their prices are often even better than Amazon or anything you can find online. Not sure how they do it, but I love it!

This groomer does anal gland expression without asking you first. I took my poor poodle there, she did that--only a vet should do this and only when there is problem--and now my dog has had irritation and pain every since then. Do not take your beloved pet to this groomer. kay

We just stopped in. We're in from out of state and our pup's paws are sore from a few days of hiking. We wanted to get some boots for him and just intended to do a quick stop. I didn't catch her name but the employee in the shop went above and beyond, even coming out to the car with a few different options because we didn't want to take him in as he gets overstimulated in new enclosed spaces. When it became obvious the boots weren't an option (he wasn't having it) she recommended an organic salve as an alternative and even sent us off with a goody bag of treats. Highly recommend this shop if you need something for your pups; their products are quality and their staff clearly love animals.

we took our great pyrenees here for the first time, and holy cow. she looks amazing! even she is feelin herself, walking with pep in her step. they took such care with her feet bc of the current snow in durango! we are so pleased with this grooming experience!

HORRIBLE! Do not take your dog (much less any pet) here! "Groom room" is a joke and should be called a "Chop Shop." The groomer shaved our dog down to the skin, mind you she a Great Pyrenees, which should have never happened as she has an undercoat to keep her cool in the summer. My dog was shaved down to the skin and has cuts as well as razor burn all over her body. The 'groomer' has no idea what she is doing much less cares about an animals well being. We went strait to the veterinarians after picking her up and they were horrified just looking at her. We are now paying for skin care as well as praying she doesn't get any infections. The staff were extremely rude and did not care one bit that I was upset not only about how they had shaved my dog down but they also kept her hair to 'prepare' me before bringing her out because she looked horrible! No dog owner should have to be 'prepared' to see their dog after a grooming!? You should be happy and leave with a healthy dog. I am so upset and beside myself trying to process this wrong doing. Do not take any pet to the PET HAUS unless you want your animal to come home abused and physically as well as mentally. Please do not take your animal to this grooming facility.

Such a cute pet shop! Employees are super helpful and items offered are healthy and good for your loved ones. Reasonably priced treats which is what we picked up for our two small dogs on our road trip. A must stop for those traveling into town if in need of some rewards for your little pups.

A great place to stop into whether you are a local or just passing through. Packed from floor to ceiling with the best and newest pet products. Best pet store in town. Great variety of food, wide selection of supplements and toys, and a friendly and well educated staff!
