Very disappointed. I went into the store, found a product I liked, and got an estimate from sales associate Grace. we went over the numbers very carefully on a calculator and I said I would get back to her over the phone to order. When I got a quote emailed to me for the exact same thing from her, the cost had gone up from about $114 to $275+

They bait and switch with low in-store prices to get you interested, then jack up the price after you find what you want and commit to it.

Super nice people here. I came in searching for some obscure lightbulbs, which they unfortunately didn't have, seeing as how they deal more with lighting fixtures and such. However, the employees working here gave me the direct link to purchase the bulbs on Amazon, which was so helpful.

The counter was cut too short by about an inch, the cabinet is longer by 1/4 inch so there is no overhang. Very disappointed. They are aware and there have been no efforts to fix it. Poor customer service.

We went to Light Art of Durango for guidance on lighting fixtures for our home which was being remodeled. At first, the salesperson seemed helpful, and even made a home visit, which we appreciated. After we received the shipments of lights and ceiling fans, some items were not up to our expectations, based on what we saw in the catalog and the salesperson's input. We brought this to her attention, and from that point on, she became angry and aggressive, telling us that we discussed all of this and that there was nothing she could do about it. The main point here is that the customer service of this establishment has much to be desired. It would have been just as easy to talk with us openly about our concerns in a helpful manner. We spent thousands of dollars on these lights, and should have been treated with respect and dignity. For that reason, we do not recommend buying from this business. They need to train their staff in proper customer service.
