THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE EXPERIENCE

For more than four decades, we’ve been handcrafting chocolate in copper kettles, using recipes that have been handed down for generations, and elevating sweetness to new heights with our mountain-sized treats. As a franchise business, our local store owners believe in making you feel at home with warm welcomes and satisfying your cravings with sweets made from the heart.  Since our start as a small-town chocolate shop in Durango, Colorado, this family dream has always been about more than great chocolate and all these years later, we’re still celebrating just how sweet life is.

CELEBRATING SWEETNESS AND SHARING JOY SINCE 1981

Products and Services
The factory typically produces approximately 300 chocolate candies and other confectionery products, using proprietary recipes developed primarily by its master candy maker. These products include many varieties of clusters, caramels, creams, meltaways, truffles and molded chocolates. Individual stores prepare a variety of caramel and candy apples, fudge, chocolate items and confections in full view of the customer using traditional cooking utensils such as copper kettles on gas-fired stoves and marble slab cooling tables.
