We arrived at our cascade village condo on a Saturday afternoon to find a leaking roof causing water damage to walls ceiling and carpet. Best showed up within two hours on a Saturday and set up containment blowers dryers etc. Zach was excellent checking back with us daily until all was dried out and repairs could begin. I didn't comment on affordability as the HOA is handling that part. But we will call Best again if this ever happens

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. As the saying goes, I'd give them negative stars if I could. My mentor and best friend passed away suddenly in January and left me her house and dogs and the house was a hoarding situation. Hired this horrible and dishonest company to help us clean out the house in a desperate and grieving period of my life and could not regret it more. Not only did the apparent project manager or maybe he is part owner, Zack, not manage any of the lazy workers who would hide and smoke while we were inside trying to manage the cleanup, he was mostly just not on site. He knocked over a fan and broke the gas fireplace which caused propane to leak into the house and cost us $6000 to remedy and on top of that, they never even finished the job but charged us around $12000 more than quoted and when we disagreed with this cost (nearly $30,000) and brought up the damage and how the house was left filthy and many things were broken and neglected along the way, they lawyered up and refused to communicate with us and just went and put a lien on the house instead of coming to an agreement or showing any accountability. DO NOT HIRE THIS SAD EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO. Their reputation is already bad amongst everyone we have talked to about hiring them and our experience but somehow they still get by on how the company used to be when it was still run by the original owner. This company is WORST cleaning at best.

Thank you Kat for sharing your experience with the community. Unfortunately, this was a difficult situation for all parties involved. Due to the chaotic nature of hoarding situations, many issues often arise after the remediation process begins (in this case a rodent problem that was unseen at time of inspection, areas of the home that weren't even viewable at time of inspection, etc.) It is often difficult for the customer to understand the scope of such work.
We originally agreed to bill for labor hours whose manpower would be used to remove contents from the home and store in zircon units so that the customer could begin a complete gut and remodel of the home to sell. We had not completed the agreed upon work when her parents arrived at which point they began to complain about work not finished, precisely because we had not yet completed the job. Previous to their arrival, the homeowner was content with the work being done. Unfortunately, individuals with whom we had never discussed the scope of work, took control of the process and were completely unsatisfied with every step we took. Leaving us to assume that they were unaware of what had been originally agreed upon.
Though we worked tirelessly to resolve each and every complaint, there are some customers you simply can not make happy. After agreeing to significantly reduce the bill, the customer still refused to pay, resulting in being sent to collections, following the same procedures we do for any customer who does not pay for work completed.
The homeowner proceeded to gut and remodel the entire home (including the broken fireplace) and put on the market to sell. We recognize that this was a difficult time for the homeowner and regret that she had to embark on the painful task of remedying a complicated hoarding situation during a desperate grieving period. We did the best we could to accomodate her needs (and the expectations of her parents), but it seems as though instead we became the target of her frustration and despair. We are happy to know that she was able to remodel successfully and proceed to benefit from the sell of the home. We wish her the best. - Earl EJ C.Farmington, NM8431Sep 12, 2018

When our home burned, BEST was there on the spot and returned everything like the fire never happened - or ALLLLLL of the water from the fire men or ALLLLLL of the smoke damage. It actually looked better than it did before :) Thanks Brett and your team!!!
